3. Isolate a volume to examine and measure it

The Area Of Interest (AOI) can be further isolated for examination. In this example, the Select tool is used to draw a selection around the right kidney.

Double clicking outside the selection selects the volume outside the area of interest. This can then be cleared using the Sculpt tool.

To finish, the Select Region tool is used to measure the isolated volume (the right kidney).
